Designed and Facilitated BY Kabushiki Kaisha Curtis Herron

The instructor is a bilingual attorney with management experience. The training can be conducted in English and Japanese. The instructor can explain actual experiences, can analyze legal and other cases, and can explain risk management and HRM strategies.

All trainees receive comprehensive bi-lingual materials including process guides, checklists, and communication models. (See Training Methods for details)

Target Participants and Uses

Training can be applied to achieve a variety of company goals. Existing clients are using theses programs to:

- Improve management skills

- Implement and support company systems (performance management, compliance, EEO, SOX, and more)

- Pre departure and post arrival training of managers on overseas assignment

- Address existing problems (employee performance, inconsistent management, workplace misconduct, employee retention, and more)

Training Method

A variety of methods are used to provide companies with value and flexibility.

Workshop Method
The training consists primarily of a series of realistic and difficult role plays. Trainees conduct a variety of meetings with the instructor acting as a subordinate or applicant. Through these role plays, trainees experience common difficulties and understand their own strengths and weaknesses. Trainees and the instructor review strategies and communication techniques for overcoming these difficulties and weaknesses. Thereafter, trainees apply these strategies and techniques in additional role play meetings. The objective of this workshop method is to provide trainees with an accurate awareness and practical skills.

Comapny Specific Focus
The training can be structured specifically to address company needs. Companies may choose from a variety of training subjects, methods, schedules, and practice (role play) scenarios. Trainees are encouraged to discuss and practice addressing actual workplace problems during the training.

Resources
Trainees can be provided with a variety of training materials and other information resources. These materials ensure an accurate understanding of important concepts, allow for continuous study, and provide on-the-job support.

Schedule
Training content and length can be adjusted to accommodate company needs and trainee availability.
