1: Team Work Participants learn how to build and work
in high performance multicultural teams.
Module
2: Project Negotiation
Participants learn how to negotiate for project
success from positions of both power and weakness.
This
seminar provides managers with skills and tools
to effectively manage employees in three critical
areas: recruitment, performance management, and
workplace discipline.
Highlights include: Performance Management: how to
guide, improve, and appraise employee performance.
Workplace Management: how to
correct unproductive and improper employee conduct.
Risk Management: how to prevent
legal and union problems and protect the company
against claims.
All
trainees receive 500 pages of materials including
process guides, checklists, and communication models.
The seminar is conducted in English and/or Japanese
by a U.S attorney with international management
experience.
