This series of seminars is designed to provide learners with management and leadership skills, communication techniques, and technical and human resource problem solving strategies to effectively and confidently manage and contribute to projects in multicultural and international environments.

Module 1: Team Work
Participants are prepared for overseas assignments as project team members. They learn how to build and work in high performance multicultural teams.

Module 2: Multicultural Team Management
Participants are prepared for overseas assignments as Project Managers and Team Leaders. It is designed for people who need to lead high performance, multicultural, global project teams.

Module 3: Negotiation (for Project Managers)
Participants learn how to negotiate for project success from positions of both power and weakness.

Module 4: Facilitation (Process Management)
Participants learn how to effectively plan, facilitate and participate in all types of project-specific meetings and reviews.

Module 5: Presenting (for Project Managers)
Participants learn how to prepare for and deliver project-related presentations that closely meet the needs and expectations of their audience.
