This
seminar provides skills and tools for successfully
negotiating and executing business transactions.
Trainees learn:
Contracts: how to analyze and find traps
in complicated and lengthy business contracts.
Negotiation: how to prepare and
execute negotiation strategies and how to respond
to abrasive and uncooperative negotiation opponents. Business Strategy: how to structure
business transactions and control business partner
activities.
This
seminar is conducted as an intensive workshop
based upon actual and complete contracts. It is
conducted by a bilingual U.S. attorney with international
business experience. All trainees receive course
materials including contract models and process
guides.
