Corprate Training Seminars

Our training approach is interactive and participative, ensuring all participants play a full part in the learning process, thereby making the training experience both stimulating and effective.
The seminars are module in design using a consistent format and layout, this means that the seminars can be combined for intensive training seminars, such as pre-departure training, or new employee training. Each seminar is structured using a step-by-step approach to help the participants quickly learn and effectively implement new skills into their working environment.
The seminars are taught using interactive lectures, case-studies, video recordings, and role-plays, etc. We also incorporate a blended learning approach through the use of CD-ROMS and online material.
All courses are accompanied by original written material which serves to reinforce and complement the classroom delivery. Wherever possible client specific examples are used as references or case-studies.

Our Business Communication Skill Seminars are available under license. These seminars can be taught by in-house instructors as well as training organizations who need professionally developed seminars to complement their training portfolio. The seminars include, pre-assignments, workbooks, CD-ROMs, and text books. Please contact us for details.

 

Consulting Services

A natural extension of our training expertise is its consultancy capability. From a background of personal and business experience, our trainers are able to advise clients on implementing new skills techniques into their business environment. At this level there is often very little difference between training and consultancy, and our trainers are experienced in handling varying combinations of both.
Recent Consultancy Assignments:
- Preparing a research presentation for an international conference for a major automotive manufacturer.
- Designing and implementing an employee communication competence system for a government bank.
- Advising and correcting international sales presentations for a major electrical manufacturing company.
Needs Analysis:
GLOBALINX capacity also encompasses analyzing the training needs of our clients - on an individual, departmental or organization-wide basis.
The earlier we are involved in the training design process the more likely it will be that the training objectives will be met.
